Our Sound Healing Journey

Resonant Harmony was founded in 2015 with a clear vision: to bring the transformative power of sound therapy and meditation to Canada's urban centers, where stress and disconnection from self have become all too common.

Drawing on ancient Tibetan and Himalayan sound healing traditions, we've created a contemporary approach that makes these powerful practices accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience level.

Our signature singing bowl therapy combines authenticated instruments sourced directly from artisan craftspeople with modern therapeutic techniques backed by scientific research.

Through our individual sessions, group sound baths, workshops, and corporate wellness programs, we've helped thousands of Canadians reduce stress, improve sleep, manage pain, and find a greater sense of peace and well-being.

Our Guiding Principles

The values that shape our approach to sound therapy and client care

Authentic Healing

We believe in the genuine therapeutic potential of sound and vibration. All our practices are grounded in both traditional wisdom and contemporary research, creating sessions that offer true healing benefits without false promises.

Accessibility & Inclusion

Sound healing should be available to everyone. We offer sessions at various price points, provide community sound baths on a sliding scale, and ensure our spaces are physically accessible and welcoming to people of all backgrounds.

Ethical Sourcing

Our singing bowls and instruments are ethically sourced directly from Nepalese and Tibetan artisans. We pay fair prices, maintain direct relationships with makers, and ensure sustainable materials are used whenever possible.

Continuous Learning

Sound therapy is an evolving field. Our practitioners engage in ongoing education, participate in research, and continually refine their techniques to provide the most effective and evidence-informed sessions possible.

Environmental Harmony

We are committed to conducting our practice with minimal environmental impact. From our eco-friendly studio materials to digital receipts and paperless communication, we strive to maintain harmony with the natural world.

Community Connection

We believe in the power of sound to build community. Through free monthly community sound baths, outreach programs for underserved populations, and collaborative events, we foster connection and collective wellbeing.

Our Singing Bowls & Instruments

The carefully selected tools we use to create transformative sound experiences

Traditional & Modern Instruments

Our collection includes both antique and contemporary singing bowls, each carefully selected for their tonal quality, resonance, and therapeutic benefits:

  • Himalayan Singing Bowls - Hand-hammered bowls made from a traditional seven-metal alloy, some dating back over 100 years
  • Crystal Singing Bowls - Pure quartz bowls calibrated to specific frequencies corresponding to the body's energy centers
  • Gongs - Large instruments that produce complex harmonics and deep vibrations felt throughout the body
  • Tuning Forks - Precision instruments used for targeted sound application to specific body areas
  • Chimes & Bells - Used to create delicate overtones that help shift brainwave patterns

Each instrument is regularly maintained and treated with respect, following traditional customs that honor their healing lineage and cultural significance.
